Refund policy

Break Purchases

Due to the nature of live sports card breaks, all break spot purchases are final once the break begins.

Break spots cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the break has started.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to the break beginning at Phantom Cards’ discretion.

Once a break has begun, all sales are final.


Product Purchases

Sealed product purchases and other items may be eligible for cancellation only if the item has not yet shipped.

Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


Market Conditions

Due to the constantly fluctuating nature of the sports card market, all sales are final once completed.

Phantom Cards does not offer refunds based on secondary market price changes, card values, or break results.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the incorrect item or an item that was packaged incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

We may request photos of the package and contents to evaluate the situation.

All orders are packed and documented during the fulfillment process. Phantom Cards reserves the right to review internal shipping documentation when evaluating claims regarding missing or incorrect items.


Grading Expectations

Phantom Cards is not responsible for the grading outcome of cards submitted to grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or SGC.

Card condition expectations and grading results are subjective and determined solely by the grading company.


Shipping Issues

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for policies regarding lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.
