SHIPPING RATES
PHANTOM CARDS LLC (herein referred to as "PHANTOM CARDS") provides free shipping to all Customers, on all orders.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES: SCHEDULE
All items purchased during LIVE breaks (Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday) will be processed and shipped that same weeks Saturday morning for destinations within the United States.
NOTE: If we do not have your address on file, your package will ship the following Saturday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, although rare. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE
All purchased items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email (with which you should provide upon payment) with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
CUSTOMS FEES & IMPORT TAXES
PHANTOM CARDS is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
DAMAGE OR LOSS WHILE IN TRANSIT:
PHANTOM CARDS is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items while in transit. If this occurs, contact your carrier for information on filing a claim with the carrier.
STOLEN OR MISPLACED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY FROM CARRIER:
PHANTOM CARDS is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages at any point during the carriers possession, transportation, delivery, or handling of the package.
