We only send cards we believe are strong PSA 10 candidates.

Every card is reviewed for:

• Surface

• Edges

• Corners

• Centering

• We also ensure the card makes sense to grade based on value.

Cards that meet our standard are automatically submitted.

Charged per card regardless of submission


📦 HOW IT WORKS

1. Decide if you want "Gem Prep" or "Submit Only"

*If you "Submit Only" please make sure your cards are in PSA appropriate card savers. If not, you will be charged $1 per card.*

2. Ship/drop off your cards to the address below. Place a note in the package that has your Instagram name in it, as well if you'd like "Gem Prep" or "Submit Only"

3. We review + prep (if selected)

4. Cards are submitted under Phantom Dealer Account

5. Pay upon return. You will receive an Invoice from our Instagram Account @phantom_grading. Payments are made using PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING & PAYMENT

1. When your order returns from PSA and is checked into our facility, you will receive an invoice from @phantom_grading on Instagram.

The invoice will include all applicable fees, including:

  • PSA grading fees
  • Phantom Gem Prep fees (if selected)
  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Insured shipping to and from PSA
  • USPS Priority return shipping with signature confirmation

Additional insurance coverage for the return shipment is not included and must be requested prior to shipment.

2. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

3. Once payment is received, your order will be packaged and tendered to USPS for shipment. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

4. Liability Limitation

Unless additional insurance is purchased and paid for by the customer, Phantom’s maximum liability for any loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery of a return shipment is limited to the total amount invoiced by Phantom for services rendered on that submission.

Phantom is not responsible for the market value, declared value, replacement value, graded value, appreciation, or consequential value of any cards contained within the shipment.

5. Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for transportation transfers to the carrier. Phantom will reasonably assist customers with carrier claims, tracking inquiries, and insurance claims when applicable.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In the event a return shipment is delayed, lost, or otherwise not delivered, Phantom will cooperate with the carrier by filing appropriate searches, claims, and documentation requests.

If a shipment is ultimately determined by Phantom, in its reasonable discretion, to be permanently lost and unrecoverable after completion of the carrier investigation process, Phantom's maximum liability shall remain limited to the amount invoiced by Phantom for services rendered on the submission, unless additional insurance coverage was requested and purchased by the customer.

Refunds will not be considered until at least 60 days have elapsed from the shipment date and all carrier investigation procedures have been exhausted.
